The non galvanized high carbon patented steel wire is subjected to lead quenching (Patented) heat treatment process, and the high carbon steel (with a carbon content of 0.45% -1.0%) is formed into a uniform martensite structure through precise temperature control, and then strengthened by cold drawing. The product combines ultra-high strength (>2000 MPa) and excellent ductility, with a surface that retains the original metallic luster and no interference from galvanized layers. It is suitable for precision spring and cable manufacturing that requires subsequent coating or direct contact conditions
