Selected high-quality high-carbon steel (carbon content 0.70%-0.95%) or 304/316 stainless steel, treated with special heat treatment processes to achieve tensile strength of 800-2000MPa, combining high elasticity with fatigue resistance. The 0.3mm diameter wire can withstand over 50,000 cycles of bending at 180° without breaking, meeting the requirements for high-frequency cleaning operations and effectively reducing bristle wear.

Corrosion protection in all scenes

Using a variety of surface treatment technologies such as galvanizing, copper plating, and electrophoretic coating, the thickness of the galvanized layer is strictly controlled at 8-15 μm (ISO 1461 standard), with the uniformity error of the electrophoretic coating being ≤5%.
