Innovatively adopting a double-layer galvanizing process (with a zinc layer density of ≥60g/m²) and organic passivation film technology, it has withstood over 720 hours of ASTM B117 salt spray testing without red rust, demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, the resistivity is precisely controlled between 0.12-0.15Ω·mm²/m, effectively shielding electromagnetic interference and preventing signal attenuation, ensuring stable data transmission for communication.
