Excellent electrical conductivity and structural strength

Select electrolytic copper with a purity of ≥99.9%, featuring a conductivity of up to 85% IACS and a resistivity as low as 0.017 Ω・mm²/m, perfectly meeting the electrical requirements for high-frequency signal transmission and precision electronic components. Additionally, using high-quality low-carbon steel as the core material, it provides the product with tensile strength ranging from 600 to 1800 MPa, ingeniously integrating conductive performance with load-bearing capacity to achieve outstanding "dual-function" performance.

Precision coating process and long-term protection

Using electroplating or chemical plating processes, the copper layer thickness is precisely controlled between 5-50 μm. The coating is verified through ASTM B571 bending tests, ensuring a strong bond with the substrate without delamination and an oxidation resistance that is three times better than conventional methods. Additionally, options for composite coatings such as tin-plated copper and silver-plated copper are provided to further reduce contact resistance, ensuring stable operation even in extreme temperature and humidity conditions.
